the campus is so empty and the weather is miserable.
my dorm is so lonely.
today has completely sucked my ass.
not only was I late for class, but due to the lack of traction on my flipflips, I wiped out on my way there.
HAHA only an old man got to witness my little fall though thank god.
im really not sure how im going to be able to stang 3 hrs of lecture and a 2 hour lab every single day for three weeks. my professor is extremely annoying. he reminds me of chicken little; a small guy with a really bulky chest and muscular arms (if you can even picture that). anyway hes one of those people who always has a saliva deposit in the corners of their mouths while talking..mmmm.
if the summer is half as fun as this past weekend ill be happy.
im excited to be home for more than a few days
im excited to see BROOKE!
im even excited to work again, and not feel so guilty everytime i spend money.
i hope kate dusty and tine make it up here to visit me this weekend----love them!

I only had two meals today.
One was lunch, and the other one served as dinner, and snack combined....aka a hugeass hot fudge brownie sundae from Brusters.
So yeah today wasnt one of my healthiest days, but its the weekend and I don't care.
Then I went to Jessies and we did what I LOVE to do--watch Food Network and drink wine mhmmmmm
I'm dreading this week coming up, but the thought of going straight to Albright from here on Friday makes me extremely excited.
AND I can't wait to see my family and spend some quality time with Gingerrrr, Tinabeana, Age and Katie :-)
Hopefully Katie and I will be able to party at CHMIKE's but if not I'm sure we'll go excavating to find fossils of the pre-historic "Rhinocesauras".
Ya know what I don't wanna do over break?

The thought of ATL kinda makes me want to VOM.
We're attempting to go to Fat Heads again on Sunday.
Lets pray it happens this time, because it sounds like a trip to Pittsburgh isnt complete without a good fatty meal.

This weekend has been a roller coaster.
I'm really excited to give blood tomorrow, and I'm not sure why.
Part of it may be that I can use it as an excuse to take a nap after class.

So tonight I drive Ginger to Wawa for a little snack...and he's just raving about how Wawa now has toasted subs and so he just HAD to get one.
We get back to my house, and we sit down in the new room to eat (keep in mind that eating in the new room is strictly prohibited)..and just as Ginger is neatly unwrapping his freshly toasted sub, Charlie strikes and snatches the entire sandwich in one foul swoop.
So as Charlie devoured a nice little toasted sub in the backyard, Ging had to eat leftovers.
HAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA
I'm sorry but it was hilarious.
I'm sad that no one else was here to witness it.

I'm finally in the mood to clean, and its a good thing because my room is covered in a very thick layer of clothes and dust.
I can't remember the last time my room has looked this bad, but I'll just blame it on the fact that ATL owned me during Christmas, and the only thing I wanna do after work is sit around with friends... NOT clean.
Last night was one of those nights where I was too tired to do anything but too restless to sit through a movie. So maybe going to Blockbuster and renting Brothers Grimm was bad idea?
Anyway New Years Eve 2005 was a success. I was due to have a good new years since usually I'm either sick or just throw a really lame-ass party.
I'm addicted to wine.

Gram's been here for two weeks now.
Having her here is hard for reasons far beyond my inconvenience.
The other night I peeked in her room and that tiny lamp was lit on her dresser...the same lamp that was lit when that room belonged to Nan. And I just got this awful flashback of that night before I left for Albright when my whole family was over, and everyone was running around, and I was so numb I could barely move. I just remember seeing that dim light coming from her room, and everyone just kind of standing there, not really knowing what to do. Nan moved in to my house to die, and when Gram moved in it scared me to think that the same thing could happen all over again.
And then theres Pop.
I miss him, and there are times when I honestly forget that hes gone.
Gram without Pop is still weird to me.
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and its exciting to know that no matter what, it HAS to be better than last year.

My mom called last night and said that they had swam with dolphins (they're in the Bahamas).
She said the dolphin comes up behind you and pushes you out of the water by your feet.
Now as soon as she said this I got a mental pic of my Dad being hoisted up by a dolphin.

I'm getting really excited for VT, its pretty much the only thing getting me through these last shitty weeks.
So, I'm dropping calculus, end of story.
I'm so fucked in that class its not even funny. I've been seeing a tutor, and really trying to understand but I feel like with every new class I am more and more confused. I'm so fucking dumb for not getting a tutor AS SOON as the class started, but I really didn't think I was going to do that horribly, esp bc I studied my ass off for the test, and thought I did well. I'm thinking I'll take a class over winter break to make up for the credits I'm gonna lose.
Just so everyone knows...TINA HAD A POODLE COSTUME ON SATURDAY NIGHT, and pictures WILL be posted.
